result

I've got my result last few weeks. Not bad thou. >.<
I didnt expect to get that result, but I'm definitely happy to see that appear in my result slip which I just got it from ATC yesterday.

Well, I know some of these people out there might think that I don't deserve this result because they always think I'm beneath them.

And I say "NAH!"

Come on, my result has got nothing to do with your result. The fact that i got better than your result doesnt mean I PULL YOU DOWN. Stupid. Dindnt anyone teach you not to compare and compete with others but yourselve?

Grow up and be a MAN.

You see, I didnt bribe the BOARD OF EXAMNIERS and i didnt beg them to give me this result. You think I'm that freaking rich? You think I'm that freaking tak tau malu like u?

If you think you deserve better result, you can go ahead writtng to University of London to coplain about their decision, but you don't need to COMPLAIN MY RESULT SO THAT YOU CAN GET A BETTER RESULT.

wtf man, get a life.

I get utterly disgusted by the fact that you call straight up to the principal complaining my result once you got to know that I got second class upper.

You see, I dont like calling others loser, but you are an exception, LOSER.

Mr. Loser, you are 22 and old enough to THINK before you act. Now I see that Im wrong cause you dont even have the brain to think before you act. A quote from insults.net which describe you perfectly, "you are a living proof that manure can sprout legs and walk"

As law student, at least you must read the regulation book and notes written by the university, and obviously you didnt.

What? You can't read? Nvm, lemme tell you here.

By virtue of Schedule D para 4 of the Regulations 2009-2010 (page 25)

for schemes A and B, the class of degree awarded is determined on the basis of the student's performance in all non intermediate/first year subjects. The student's aggregate mark is also taken into account

Para 7 of Schedule D also further stated that

To obtain a degree with a given class of honours a student will normally be required to achiese passes in at least half of the subjects at or above that class and to achiese an aggregate mark at or above that class, but the Board of Examiners will take into account a student's overall performance

MARK RANGE - CLASS
>70 - 1st class honours
60 to 69 - 2nd class honours (upper division)
50 to 59 - 2nd class honours (lower division)
45 to 49 - 3rd class honours
40 to 44 - Pass
30 to 39 - Fail
0 to 29 - Fail (serious Fail)

Can you see that Mr.Loser?

For your information, all my marks are above 55. Unlike you, I have got no third class marks nor a bare pass marks in any single subject. How dare you talk crap about my result. The board of examiners will take into account your OVERALL PERFORMANCE, faham tak?

Still tak puas hati? Nvm.

Para 10 of general regulations in Regulation 2009-2010 (page 36)

10.3 Appeals against the result of examinations MAY NOT BE MADE on academic grounds. The university will consider representations concerning examination results made on the gounds of administrative error or where there is concern that the examination may not have been conducted in accordance with the relevant instructions and/or regulations.... Representatios must state the grounds on which the appeal is made and provide evidence to support it...

Tell me, on what gorunds that you want to appeal against the decision of your award? I didnt see any administrative error, what evidence you gonna provide as a ground of appeal? Are you going to give evidence like "bcoz this gal XXX can get second upper honours, that's why I should get too"?

bullshit.

Furthermore, look at page 54 of the student handbook 2009-2010,

Before making a representation against your result, it is important for you to be aware that you can only make a representation on administrative grounds. Representation cannot be considered on academic grounds, as EACH SCRIPT IS MARKED INDEPENDENTLY BY 2 EXAMINERS and THE CONFIRED RESULTS IS THE DETERMINED AT AN EXAMINATION BOARD MEETING.

The decision of the Board is final.

Therefore if you make a representation your script will not be re-examined or re-marked by the examiners.

see that?

if you still dont, I HAVE MORE.

Refer to the notes in notification of Results session 2009-2010,

The classification for each candidate os determined not only on the basis of the grades or marks awarded to the candidate in the individual elements of the examination, but also on the assessment by the examiners of the overall performance of the candidate.

various factors may be taken into account in arriving atthe final result, such a the distribution of the marks awarded to the candidate over the various elements, the strength or weakness shown in certain elements in relation to that in other elements, and any special difficulties known to have been experienced by the candidate at the time of the examination (e.g. illness)

Dont believe? check this out.

You should be aware of the following information:

Each script/ assignment/ dissertation or piece of course-work is marked by two Examiners working independently who subsequently agree a final mark.
Your confirmed result is determined at a Board meeting at which all Examiners are represented including External Examiners from other Universities who have a specific responsibility to ensure parity of standards.
If you have submitted evidence relating to problems which affected your performance at the examination/s, for example a medical report/certificate, this will have been presented to the Board of Examiners and taken into consideration by the Board in determining your results.
Please note: there is no provision in the University Regulations for the consideration of an appeal on academic grounds; in all cases, the decision of the Board of Examiners is final.

Still wanna talk shit bout my result and appeal to London?

Go ahead, but make sure you read this page first.

http://www.londoninternational.ac.uk/current_students/general_resources/exams/admin_check.shtml

There is no provision in the Regulations for the consideration of an appeal on academic grounds; the decision of the Board of Examiners is final.
All results are checked by the Student Assessment Office to ensure that the marks awarded by the Examiners are correctly allocated to the individual student record.

I honestly think that University of London who have experience for 109 years will NOT make such a big mistake in awarding me a second upper and error in awarding you a lesser degree. Even if one examiner made a mistake, do you think the WHOLE BOARD OF EXAMINERS made a mistake?

In your dream la.

In any event you think I did bribe them, I belive you can bribe them too in order to get a better award since you are that freaking rich.

Conclusion?

I DESERVE THE RESULT!!!

Please dont ever think of challenging me again, cause you simply cant beat me in anyway Mr. Loser!!

"SAVE" la. (dont get it? translate to cantonese, you will get it)

What makes you think that you are good enough to challenge me?

I skip class, sleep in the class, never pass up assignments, party alot, busy wif competition, but ALL THESE WILL NOT MAKE YOU BETTER THAN ME, MR. LOSER!

You don't need to go around telling everyone that WKH got a second upper but you've only got a second lower and you deserve second upper. I HAVE ENOUGH OF PUBLISITY AND I DONT NEED MORE!

Again i repeat, this message is only intended to “someone and a special one” who is doing that kind of cheapskate thing. That person will know who am i talking about. I hope you can GROW UP and BE A MAN, THINK before you ACT.

If i’m hearing some vulgar words from you after reading this article, means you’re hurt. It surely didn’t beat the purpose of me writing this blog then. You think i care? NAH.

Don’t try to screw me because you can’t. Thank you.
